Bipolar Disorder
It is very unfortunate that I have to title this post as "Bipolar Disorder". The reason I have to do it is because that's what the search engines understand, and most likely the words you searched for, and landed here. Now that you are here, let's drop that label, or any such similar labels like psychosis, mania, hypomania, hypermania, depression, suicidal depression, anxiety disorder, etc., No label is going to help solve any issues, especially when it comes to mind-related situations. Why? Because the label is itself mind-made and mind cannot solve its own problems! Any such diagnosis due to mental suffering is actually a portal into spiritual awakening. How do I know this? Having been diagnosed with several of these disorders myself, I started looking for solutions on how to end the suffering the mind was causing.
